Relax, the disk hasn't gone anywhere - all you need to do in order to get it to work is to append rootdelay=60 or more to the kernel line in grub :) ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/6bde4b60-b355-4a50-a03b-a42230e4f170 does not exist.
