The Firefox extensions I use

This is an active list where I am listing the Firefox extensions (and Greasemonkey scripts) I am currently using, in case my computer would crash on me and I would have to find them all again. And in case you are interested, of course!

  • Adblock plus - A must have on ad-heavy sites.
  • bit.ly preview - Preview where those Twitter links are going.
  • Firebug - Great when developing and debugging sites
  • FireFTP - Have an FTP client within Firefox
  • Greasefire - Automatically find Greasemonkey scripts.
  • Greasemonkey - User scripts = customize any web page to fit your desires
  • Hide Menubar - Automatically hides the menubar and brings it up temporarily when you press the ALT key.
  • IE Tab - A must have to test your sites with the IE rendering engine without having to start IE itself.
  • Ubiquity - Dynamic command line interface for firefox
  • Web Developer - Another webdeveloper tool with plenty of features
  • YSlow - An extension to Firebug that analyzes web page performance
